栽培模式对霍山石斛生长和主要内含物的影响

摘要:
通过测定大棚栽培、林隙地栽培和活树附生等3种栽培模式下,霍山石斛的生长量、石斛多糖、石斛碱、氨基酸和含水率等含量,对比其生长和内含物的差异性来明确适宜的栽培模式。结果表明:活树附生栽培的霍山石斛多糖、石斛碱和氨基酸含量最高,大棚栽培模式最低(P < 0.05),活树附生栽培下的霍山石斛单糖和钾元素含量高于林隙地栽培和大棚栽培(P < 0.05),不同栽培模式下霍山石斛内含物含量之间均为正相关;林隙地栽培和大棚栽培的霍山石斛茎长显著高于活树附生栽培(P < 0.05),但3种栽培模式的萌蘖数、茎粗与茎节差异不显著;大棚栽培的霍山石斛含水量达92.13%,显著高于林隙地栽培的90.37%和活树附生的85.72%,鲜重差异表现与含水量相同,但干重差异不显著。综上,活树附生栽培下霍山石斛活性成分积累较多,品质更好,是一种适宜大别山区推广的种植方式。

Effects of the growth and major constituents of Dendrobium huoshanense under three cultivation modes

Abstract:
In order to screen the optimal cultivation mode for the growth and quality of Dendrobium huoshanense, we determined the water content, growth, polysaccharide, dendrobine, amino acid and other components of D. huoshanense, and compared the difference in the growth and major constituents of D. huoshanense among three cultivation modes, i.e. forest gap, greenhouse and living tree epiphyte. The results showed that the contents of active components in D. huoshanense were significantly different under three cultivation methods. The contents of polysaccharide, dendrobine and amino acid in living tree epiphytic D. huoshanense were the highest, which were significantly higher than those in greenhouse cultivation; the contents of monosaccharide and other nutrient elements in living tree epiphytic mode were significantly higher than those in forest gap cultivation and greenhouse cultivation, in which the content of potassium was significantly higher than that in greenhouse cultivation and forest gap cultivation. The contents of D. huoshanense under three cultivation methods were all positively correlated. There were significant differences in the growth of stem length among the three cultivation methods, but there were no significant differences in the number of sprouts, stem diameter and stem node. The water content in D. huoshanense was significantly different under the three cultivation methods. The results showed that the water content in D. huoshanense under the cultivation modes of greenhouse cultivation, forest gap cultivation and living tree epiphyte was 92.13%, 90.37% and 85.72%, respectively, and the fresh weight showed the same trend with the water content. There was no significantly different in dry weight under the three modes. In conclusion, living tree epiphytic cultivation is more conducive to the accumulation of active ingredients in D. huoshanense and is of higher quality, and it can be recommended for promotion in mountainous areas.
