遮荫对青钱柳苗生长和黄酮类化合物积累的影响

摘要:
青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja)是我国特有的木本药用植物,含有益人体健康的黄酮类化合物。光照条件影响植物次生代谢物的合成和积累。为探索遮荫对青钱柳黄酮类化合物积累和生长的影响,在合肥市林业高科技开发中心的苗圃内,以2年生青钱柳苗为对象,设置全光、50%遮阳率遮阳网一层遮荫(光照强度约为全光下的42%)、50%遮阳率遮阳网二层遮荫(光照强度约为全光下的19%)3种光照强度处理。结果表明:随光照强度的下降,青钱柳苗高和地径生长及生物量积累显著下降,生物量分配发生可塑性变化,根冠比显著下降,净光合速率下降,青钱柳苗的叶绿素含量提高,PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ光能捕获效率(Fv′/Fm′)提高。随遮荫程度的加深,青钱柳体内的总黄酮和黄酮单体含量明显下降,叶片中总黄酮和黄酮单体的产量不断下降。黄酮类化合物在叶片中的积累模式也发生适应性变化,强光下黄酮类化合物主要积累在叶片的上表皮和主脉的微管组织中。研究植株次生代谢物积累与生长对光照条件变化的响应,对于探究提高药用植物产量的栽培管理技术具有重要意义。

Effects of shade on the growth and accumulation of flavonoids compounds in Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja seedlings

Abstract:
Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja is one kind of woody pharmacological plant in China, which contains a large amount of flavonoids and is beneficial to human health. Light conditions can strongly affect the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites in the plant. To explore the influence of shading on the accumulation of flavonoids and the growth, and provide a theoretical basis for increasing the yield of flavonoids in C. paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja, in the nursery of Hefei Forestry High - tech Development Center, two years old seedlings of C. paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja were planted under different shading treatments, full light, a layer of sun-shade with 50% shading rate (the intensity of light was about 42% of that under full light) and two layers of sun-shade with 50% shading rate (the intensity of light was about 19% of that under full light). The effects of three different light intensities on the growth and the accumulation of flavonoids in C. paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja were analyzed. As results, shading significantly reduced the seedling height, ground-diameter growth, biomass accumulation, plasticity changes in biomass allocation, significantly decreased the root-shoot ratio and net photosynthetic rate. With the decrease of light intensity, the chlorophyll content in C. paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja seedlings, the PSⅡ primary light energy conversion efficiency (Fv/Fm) and the PSⅡ light capture efficiency (Fv'/Fm') were increased, indicating that the light energy utilization efficiency of C. paliurus (Batal.) Iljinskaja seedlings were increased under the low light intensity. In this study, it was found that with the increase of shading degree, the contents of total flavonoids and flavonoids in C. paliurus (Batal.)
