大豆疫霉生防菌解淀粉芽孢杆菌JDF3的鉴定

摘要:
分离获得1株细菌JDF3,它能有效地抑制大豆疫霉菌丝的生长和孢子囊的形成。该菌株对细极链格孢、小麦全蚀病菌和西瓜炭疽病菌的抑制率高于70%。盆栽结果显示细菌JDF3对大豆疫病的防治率为70.7%。菌株形态特征、18项生理生化和gyrB基因测序结果鉴定菌株JDF3为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。

Identification of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JDF3 as a biocontrol agent against Phytophthora sojae

Abstract:
A strain JDF3 with a good control effect against Phytophthora sojae was isolated, which could inhibit the growth of P. sojae and the formation of sporangia. It had a broad spectrum of inhibition against Alternaria tenuissima, Gaeumannomyces gramini and Colletotrichum orbiculare with inhibition rate over 70%. The potted results showed that the control rate of soybean Phytophthora root and stem rot was 70.7%. The strain JDF3 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens with morphological characteristics, the results of 18 physiological and biochemical, and gyrB gene sequencing.
