4个乌桕新品种对NaCl胁迫的生理响应及耐盐性评价

摘要:
研究乌桕新品种对盐胁迫的生理响应及耐盐性评价,对选育适宜盐碱地区推广应用的品种具有理论意义和实际价值。以4个乌桕新品种‘海滨绯红’、‘海滨晚霞’、‘海滨紫晶’和‘海滨梦幻’二年生嫁接苗为材料,采用盆栽方法,设置不同浓度的NaCl(分别为0、0.2%、0.4%和0.6%)处理模拟自然环境中的盐胁迫环境,研究4个乌桕新品种在NaCl胁迫下的植株生长量、存活率、细胞膜透性、叶绿素含量和光合参数等指标的变化,分析4个乌桕新品种耐受盐胁迫的能力,并进行综合评价。结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度升高,4个乌桕新品种生长量逐渐降低,其中以‘海滨紫晶’降幅最小;4个新品种苗木成活率均逐渐降低,其中‘海滨紫晶’成活率最高;4个新品种叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和叶绿素含量均随着盐浓度的升高而降低,其中‘海滨紫晶’降幅最小,而‘海滨晚霞’最大;而叶片细胞膜透性相反,4个新品种叶片膜透性均随着盐浓度的升高而升高,其中‘海滨晚霞’升幅最大,达到217.39%,而‘海滨紫晶’的升幅最小,为115.23%。经因子分析和隶属函数分析,4个乌桕新品种的耐盐性存在明显差异,其耐盐强弱顺序依次为:‘海滨紫晶’ > ‘海滨绯红’ > ‘海滨梦幻’ > ‘海滨晚霞’。

Physiological response and salt tolerance evaluation of four new Triadica sebifera varieties to salt stress

Abstract:
In this paper, we studied the physiological response of new Triadica sebifera varieties to salt stress and evaluation of its tolerance to salt stress, which has theoretical significance and practical value for popularization of breeding suitable varieties in saline-alkali areas. Taken two years old grafted seedlings of four new Triadica sebifera varieties, such as ‘Haibin Zijing’, ‘Haibin Feihong’, ‘Haibin Menghuan’ and ‘Haibin Wanxia’ as the materials, the seedlings were treated with different concentrations of NaCl (0, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%, respectively) to simulate the salt stress in natural environment, the changes of plant growth, survival rate, cell membrane permeability, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters of four new Triadica sebifera varieties under NaCl stress were studied, and the tolerance of four new Triadica sebifera varieties to salt stress was analyzed. The results showed that: with the increase of salt stress concentration, the growth of four new Triadica sebifera varieties decreased gradually, among which, ‘Haibin Zijing’ decreased the least; the survival rate of seedlings of the four varieties decreased gradually, and the survival rate of ‘Haibin Zijing’ was the highest; the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr) and chlorophyll content of the four new varieties decreased with the increase of salt concentration, among which, ‘Haibin Zijing’ decreased the least, while ‘Haibin Wanxia’ decreased the most; compared with the control, the leaf membrane permeability of the four varieties increased significantly at 0.6% treatment level. Among them, ‘Haibin Wanxia’ increased the maximum, coming up to 217.39%, while ‘Haibin Zijing’ increased the least, reaching 115.23%.
