两种秸秆生物炭对Cd的吸附特征研究

摘要:
为探究两种作物秸秆生物炭对废水中镉的吸附,利用系统的吸附试验,分析稻秸秆与麦秸秆在不同温度下热解制得的生物炭对废水中镉的吸附性能和作用机理。结果显示,600 oC热解得到的稻秸秆生物炭对镉的吸附效果最好,理论最大单层吸附量可达250 mg·g-1,吸附动力学研究显示在60 min内可将溶液镉浓度由101.60 mg·L-1降低至2.65 mg·L-1,去除率达到97.39%。600 ℃下制得的稻秸秆生物炭对镉污染废水的快速净化主要是通过生物炭表面的物理吸附和化学作用共同完成的。

Abstract:
The research aimed to explore the adsorption of cadmium from wastewater by biochar of two crops straw. The systematic adsorption experiments were conducted to analyze the adsorption performance and mechanism of cadmium in wastewater from biochar prepared by pyrolysis of rice straw and wheat straw at different temperatures. The theoretical maximum adsorption capacity of cadmium to rice straw biochar prepared at 600 ℃ is 250 mg·g-1. And the adsorption kinetics study showed that the concentration of cadmium in the solution could be reduced from 101.60 mg·L-1 to 2.65 mg·L-1 within 60 min, which the removal rate reached 97.39%.The results suggested that the rapid purification of cadmium polluted wastewater by rice straw biochar prepared at 600 ℃ is mainly accomplished by physical adsorption and chemical mechanisms on the surface of biochar.
