石菖蒲对不同浓度模拟生活污水净化效果研究

摘要:
为研究湿地植物在不同浓度污水条件下的净化效果,通过模拟生活污水实验分析了石菖蒲(Acorus tatarinowii)的污水净化能力。实验设置自来水对照组(CK)以及4个污水梯度(分别为模拟生活污水试剂用量的25%、50%、100%和150%,标记为T1、T2、T3和T4),通过分析石菖蒲生物量变化以及对污水中TP、TN和NH+ 4-N的去除率,研究石菖蒲对不同浓度模拟生活污水的净化效果。结果表明:(1)石菖蒲在5组处理条件下都能正常生长,生物量差异显著(P<0.05),其中T4下效果最佳。石菖蒲的根长增加CK(9.87±0.16)cm>T3(8.74±0.27)cm>T1(7.91±0.45)cm>T4(7.26±0.11)cm>T2(7.11±0.07)cm;(2)石菖蒲在模拟生活污水TP的去除率,随着种植时间的增长而增加,为T1(99.20%)>T2(98.39%)>T3(91.36%)>T4(87.26%);TN和NH+ 4-N具有较高一致性,TN去除率为T1(99.13%)>T2(98.76%)>T3(95.97%)>T4(95.67%);(3)实验期间有少量NO- 3-N和NO- 2-N的产生,总体是随时间呈先增加后减少的趋势。研究结果可为利用石菖蒲治理生活污水提供重要依据。

Study on purification effect of Acorus tatarinowii on simulated domestic sewage with different concentrations

Abstract:
In order to study the purification effect of wetland plants under different concentrations of sewage. The sewage purification ability of Acorus tatarinowii was analyzed by simulating domestic sewage experiment. The experiment set up a tap water as control group (CK) and 4 sewage gradients (respectively 25%,50%,100%,150% of the reagent dosage of the simulated domestic sewage, marked as T1,T2,T3,T4). By analyzing the biomass change of Acorus tatarinowii and the removal rate of TP, TN, NH+ 4-N in sewage, the purification effect of Acorus tatarinowii on simulated domestic sewage with different concentrations was studied. The results showed that: (1) Acorus tatarinowii can grow normally under the five treatment conditions,and the difference in biomass is significant (P <0.05), Among which T4 had the best effect. The root length of Acorus tatarinowii increased CK(9.87±0.16cm)> T3(8.74±0.27cm)> T1(7.91±0.45cm)> T4(7.26±0.11cm)> T2 (7.11±0.07cm); (2) The removal rate of Acorus tatarinowii in the simulated domestic sewage to TP increases with the increase of planting time, as T1 (99.20%)>T2 (98.39%)>T3 (91.36%)>T4 (87.26%); TN and NH+ 4-N had high consistency, the removal rate of TN was T1(99.13%)> T2(98.76%)>T3(95.97%)>T4(95.67%); (3) During the experiment, a small amount of NO- 3-N and NO- 2-N will be produced, and the overall trend will increase first and then decrease with time. The research results can provide an important basis for the use of Acorus tatarinowii to treat domestic sewage.
