安格斯牛UCP2UCP3基因组织表达规律研究

摘要:
为了研究UCP2基因和UCP3基因在安格斯牛不同组织中的表达规律,运用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测UCP2UCP3基因在安格斯牛心、肝、脾、肺、肾、大肠、小肠、背最长肌和皮下脂9种组织中的相对表达情况。结果表明:UCP2UCP3在所检测的组织中均有表达,且UCP2在肺脏中的相对表达量最高,极显著高于其他组织(P<0.01),其次为脾脏和肾脏,其表达量极显著高于除肺脏外的其他组织(P<0.01),其余组织的表达量虽有差异,差异不显著(P>0.05);UCP3基因在皮下脂中的表达量极显著高于其他各组织(P<0.01),其次为肾脏和肺脏,背最长肌的相对表达量极显著高于大肠、小肠、心脏、肝脏和脾脏组织(P<0.01),其余各组织的相对表达量较低。通过对UCP2UCP3基因在安格斯牛不同组织中的表达情况进行分析,揭示这两个基因在安格斯牛不同组织中的表达差异,为进一步拓展UCP2UCP3基因在不同组织中的功能研究提供理论支持,在某种程度上为安格斯牛的育种提供一些基础资料。

Study on the expression of UCP2 and UCP3 genes in Angus cattle

Abstract:
In order to study the expression pattern of UCP2 gene and UCP3 gene in different tissues of Angus cattle. In this study, real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the relative expression of UCP2 and UCP3 genes in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, large intestine, small intestine, longissimus dorsi and subcutaneous fat of Angus cattle. The results showed that UCP2 and UCP3 were expressed in all tested tissues, and the relative expression of UCP2 in lung was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in other tissues(P<0.01), followed by spleen and kidney, and the expression in spleen and kidney was significantly higher than that in other tissues except lung. The expression of UCP3 gene in subcutaneous fat was significantly higher than that in other tissues, followed by kidney and lung, and the relative expression of longissimus dorsi was significantly higher than that in large intestine, small intestine, heart, liver and spleen. Through the analysis of the expression of UCP2 and UCP3 genes in different tissues of Angus cattle, the expression differences of these two genes in different tissues of Angus cattle were revealed, which provided theoretical support for further research on the function of UCP2 and UCP3 genes in different tissues, and some basic data for Angus cattle breeding to some extent.
