油葵割台分禾扶禾收集槽的设计与台架试验

摘要:
针对国内目前缺少油葵专用割台而现有稻麦割台兼收油葵时割台损失率高的问题,设计了一种带落粒回收装置的油葵专用割台。在阐述该割台工作原理的基础上,为探索方案可行性并确定具体参数,设计了一套结构参数和工作参数均可灵活调节的试验台架,围绕割台关键部件尤其是分禾扶禾收集槽,对其结构参数和工作参数进行理论分析和台架试验研究,确定最优参数。试验结果表明,该割台可以实现对油葵植株及葵盘的分禾、扶禾、拨禾、割断和输送等功能,最优参数组合为:大翼板倾角130°,翼板间高度差30 mm,割台前进速度为0.8 m·s-1时,拨禾轮转速为40 r·min-1,对应的拨禾速比λ值为1.3;在该最优参数组合下,试验台架的损失率不超过1%,试验效果理想,达到了有效控制割台低损失的目的,研究结果为后续割台样机的设计试制奠定了基础。

Design and bench test of the dividing and supporting collecting tank on oil sunflower header

Abstract:
In view of the lack of special use oil sunflower header and the high loss rate of the existing rice and wheat header when harvesting oil sunflower, a special use oil sunflower header with falling grains recovery device was designed. On the basis of explaining the working principle of the header, in order to explore the feasibility of the scheme and determine the specific parameters, a set of test bench with flexible adjustable structural parameters and working parameters was designed. Around the key components of the header, especially the dividing and supporting collecting tank, the theoretical analysis and bench test of its structural parameters and working parameters were carried out to determine the optimal parameters. The results showed that the header can realize the functions of dividing, supporting, reeling, cutting and transporting the sunflower plants and sunflower plates, The optimum parameters combination are : large wing plate dip angle 130 degrees, height difference 30 mm between the wing plates. When the header forward velocity is 0.8 m·s-1, the rotational speed of the reel wheel is 40 r·min-1, and the corresponding reel speed ratio λ is 1.3.Under the optimal parameters combination , the loss rate of the test bench is less than 1%, and the test effect is ideal, which achieves the purpose of effectively controlling the low loss of the header. The research results lay a foundation for the design and trial-production of the subsequent header prototype.
