安徽东南和西部地区茶叶中高氯酸盐含量分析

摘要:
高氯酸盐已成为茶叶中的一种新型污染物,故采用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法,对安徽东南和西部地区两地茶叶主产区50份茶叶样品中的高氯酸盐进行检测分析,同时监测了西部地区不同部位茶鲜叶中高氯酸盐含量。结果表明,茶叶样品中高氯酸盐含量检出率为100%,超标率为0%,总体茶叶是安全的;茶鲜叶中老叶的高氯酸盐含量约为嫩芽中的17倍,茶鲜叶中高氯酸盐主要富集在老叶部位。

Analysis of perchlorate content in tea from southeastern and western Anhui

Abstract:
Perchlorate has become a new pollutant in tea, therefore, we used ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) to detect and analyze perchlorate in 50 tea samples from major tea producing areas in southeastern and western Anhui Province. Meanwhile, we also monitored perchlorate in the fresh tea leaves from different parts in western Anhui. The results showed that perchlorate was detected out in all of the collected tea samples, but which was not exceeded the national standard. In general, the tea from southeastern and western Anhui is safe and the perchlorate in the old leaves is about 17 times of that in the young buds, which is the main accumulation of perchlorate in the fresh tea leaves.
