微生物菌肥与蚯蚓液体肥对设施连作番茄生长 和土壤肥力的影响

摘要:
针对连作设施番茄产量降低、土壤肥力下降问题,以传统施肥为对照(CK),设置微生物有机固体肥+微生物菌剂灌根(T1)、微生物有机固体肥+微生物菌剂灌根+蚯蚓液体追肥(T2)处理,探究微生物菌肥与蚯蚓液体肥对连作番茄生长和土壤肥力修复效果研究。结果表明,相对CK,T1、T2处理显著增加了叶片相对生长速率、土壤速效钾含量和总生物量,分别为5.14%、3.12%,25.77%、34.02% 和 18.10%、14.65%。相对CK和T2处理,T1处理显著增加了株高生长速率和果实产量,分别为3.77%、4.46% 和 18.37%、19.90%;相对CK,T1处理显著增加植株地上和地下部干重、土壤有机质和全氮含量,分别为17.06%、35.19%、37.57%和22.44%。综合肥力指数表明,T1>CK>T2,T1综合肥力指数SFI显著高于CK和T2处理,分别为11.21%及19.03%。相关性分析表明,产量与综合肥力指数、地下部鲜重、地下部干重呈极显著正相关,与速效氮呈极显著负相关,与全氮呈显著性正相关。总之,相对CK,T2处理显著促进植株生物量增加,T1处理对促进番茄植株生长和增加土壤肥力效果最佳。

Effects of microbial fertilizer and earthworm liquid fertilizer on tomato growth and soil fertility in continuous facility cropping

Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of tomato yield reduction and soil fertility decline in continuous cropping facilities, microbial solid fertilizer + microbial agents root-irrigation(T1), microbial solid fertilizer + microbial agents root-irrigation + earthworm liquid topdressing (T2) were set up to study the effects of microbial fertilizer and earthworm liquid fertilizer on tomato growth and soil fertility restoration in continuous cropping. The results showed that: compared with CK, T1 and T2 treatments significantly increased the leaf relative growth rate, soil available potassium content and total biomass, which were 5.14%, 3.12%, 25.77%, 34.02% and 18.10%, 14.65%, respectively; compared with CK and T2 treatment, T1 treatment significantly increased the plant-height growth rate and fruit yield, which were 3.77%, 4.46%, 18.37% and 19.90%; compared with CK, T1 treatment significantly increased the plant dry weight of aboveground and underground parts, soil organic matter and total nitrogen content, which were 17.06%, 35.19%, 37.57% and 22.44%, respectively. The comprehensive fertility index showed that T1>CK >T2, and the SFI in T1 treatment was significantly higher than that in CK and T2 treatments by 11.21% and 19.03%, correspondingly. The yield was significantly positively correlated with the comprehensive fertility index, the fresh weight of the underground and the dry weight of the underground (P<0.01), while it was significantly negatively correlated with the available nitrogen and positively correlated with the total nitrogen (P<0.05). In conclusion, compared with CK, T2 treatment significantly increased plant biomass, and T1 treatment had the best effect on promoting tomato plant
