4种水生植物配置模式对铅污染的净化效应

摘要:
通过盆栽试验,研究花叶芦竹、石菖蒲、水生鸢尾和美人蕉在不同配置模式下,其植物根系活力、叶绿素含量及对水体和土壤铅的净化效果。结果表明,在不同配置模式下,根系活力变化的大小依次为4种植物混种> 3种植物混种> 2种植物混种>单种植物。4种水生植物的叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量均表现为混种模式>单种模式。在4种水生植物的混种模式中,包含花叶芦竹和美人蕉的组合模式中水体铅含量和土壤铅含量较低。其中,花叶芦竹+石菖蒲+美人蕉混种模式中,水体和土壤铅含量分别为0.10和8.15 μg·mg-1。花叶芦竹和美人蕉由于其根系的特点,使花叶芦竹的地上部分铅含量较高,而美人蕉的地下部分铅含量较高。且在与这2种水生植物混种的模式中,这种效应更加明显。综合考虑净化效果和经济因素,认为花叶芦竹+石菖蒲+美人蕉混种模式对铅污染的净化效果最好。

The purification effect of configuration mode of four aquatic plants on lead pollution

Abstract:
In order to analyze the purification effect of different configuration modes on lead pollution, a pot experiment was conducted to study root activity, chlorophyll content, lead content in water, plant and soil of four plants (Arundo donax, Acorus tatarinowii, Iris tectorum, Canna indica). The results showed the value of root activity in mixed species of four plants>mixed species of three plants>mixed species of two plants>single plant under different configuration modes. The contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in the four aquatic plants showed that the mixed mode>the single mode. Among the four mixed modes of the aquatic plants, the mixed modes, including Arundo donax and Canna indica, had the lowest lead content in water and soil. The lead content of Arundo donax, Acorus tatarinowii and Canna indica was 0.10 and 8.15 μg·mg-1 in water and soil, respectively. Due to the root characteristics of Arundo donax and Canna indica, Arundo donax had a higher lead content in the aboveground and Canna indica in the underground parts. In the mixed mode with the two aquatic plants, the effect was more obviously. Considering the purification effect and economic factors, the mixed species of Arundo donax, Acorus tatarinowii and Canna indica have the best purification effect on lead pollution.
