基于公理化设计的玉米收获机车架设计方法

摘要:
玉米收获机车架是发动机、驾驶室、割台、剥皮机、粮仓等工作部件的安装载体,其不仅承受来自路面的不平激励,而且承受玉米收获机各工作部件工作时产生的冲击和振动。目前国内外针对车架的设计主要依靠设计经验或参考现有机型,设计方法多是经验性知识或概括性语言。基于公理化设计理论,对玉米收获机进行了功能需求分析,提取出了车架主要结构设计参数,完成了车架总体设计。其次,建立了整机总体布置模型、车架弯曲工况和扭转工况力学模型,确定了车架长L1、宽L2、轴距x以及横、纵梁截面(bht)等车架结构参数的设计方法。最后,基于上述玉米收获机车架的设计方法,进行实例设计,并与现有车架结构参数进行对比,验证了该方法的可行性。将经验性、概括性车架设计知识运用数学语言进行了描述,形成了一套完整的玉米收获机车架设计流程,为车架设计提供理论依据和方法支撑。

Design method of corn harvester frame based on axiomatic design

Abstract:
The corn harvesterframe?is?used to?install working?equipment, such?as the?engine, operator cabin, chopped?header, peeling?device, grain?bin?etc.?It?has?to endure?the?excitations introduced by road roughness and vibrations induced by the?working?components.?Currently, the?design?of?corn harvester?frame?in China mainly depends?on?the?designers’?experience?and?refers?to?existing?models. In?this?study, firstly,?using the axiomatic design?theory?(AD), the?main?design?parameters of?the?corn?harvester?frame were?determined according to the analysis of customer?requirements, thus?completing?the?overall?design of?the?corn?harvester frame. Secondly, an overall arrangement?model?and?a?mechanical model under bending and torsion loading conditions of the machine were built. Based on the models, the?length, width, the?distance of?wheel?base, and?parameters of cross and longitudinal beam?sections?were?determined.?Finally, the?effectiveness and feasibility of the?design method was proved by a design example according to the proposed design method. In?this?study, mathematic models were applied to?quantify?the?main?design?parameters?on?the?basis?of?analyzing the design?experience and design methods of?different?vehicle?frames.?Accordingly,?a?design?method?and process of the corn harvester frame were established, which?could make?the design?of?the?corn harvester frame?more scientific?and?systematic.
