耕整机械土壤减粘脱附技术研究现状与展望

摘要:
耕整机械土壤减粘脱附问题是许多国内外专家学者长期致力解决的技术难题,减少土壤粘附有利于提高耕整机械作业质量与工作效率、降低作业功耗与作业阻力。总结了耕整机械土壤粘附的产生原因与土壤粘附对耕整机械作业影响;重点介绍了国内外耕整机械有关减粘脱附研究中机械脱附、表面改形、表面工程、仿生等技术应用现状与典型机具;展望了耕整机械减粘脱附技术的发展方向,为耕整机械研究提供了参考。

Research status and prospect of soil anti-adhesion technology for tillage equipment

Abstract:
Soil anti-adhesion is a technical problem for tillage equipment, which has been studied by many domestic and international experts and scholars for a long time. Soil anti-adhesion is an important way to enhance tillage equipment’s working quality and efficiency, and decrease working consumption and resistance. The reasons and influence of soil adhesion on tillage equipment were summarized. Furthermore, the current research and typical equipment of soil anti-adhesion were introduced, such as mechanization anti-adhesion, changing surface shape, surface engineering, bionics and other similar technology. The development of anti-adhesion technology for tillage equipment was prospected, and provide a reference for the research of tillage equipment.
