不同氮素形态对油茶幼苗生长及氮素吸收的影响

摘要:
以一年生油茶‘华金’扦插苗为试材,采用盆栽试验、同位素示踪研究铵态氮、硝态氮及同时供应条件下油茶生长及氮素吸收情况。结果表明:不同氮素形态对油茶形态指标有显著影响,铵态氮处理油茶生长量、地下鲜重和根冠比最大,分别达到19.4 cm、7.29 g和0.94;铵硝同时处理下油茶总鲜重最高,达15.08 g。不同氮素处理下油茶叶片净光合速率(Pn)和荧光参数有显著差异,铵硝氮同时处理能提高油茶叶片的净光合速率、初始荧光(Fo)和最大荧光(Fm)。3种施氮方式下的油茶各组织器官的全氮含量较对照组均显著提高,其中铵硝氮同时处理后的油茶根茎叶中全氮量均为最高,分别为26.7、14.1和24.6 g·kg-1,纯铵处理次之。同位素示踪表明铵硝氮同时处理后油茶叶、茎、根对15N的吸收能力和其含量显著高于其他处理。结果表明同时供应铵态氮和硝态氮最有利油茶幼苗生长。

Effects of different nitrogen forms on seedling growth and nitrogen uptake of Camellia oleifera

Abstract:
The nitrogen uptake and growth of Camellia oleifera under two forms of nitrogen were studied using one-year old cutting seedlings of ‘Huajin’. The results showed that different nitrogen forms had significant influences on the morphological indexes of C. oleifera. Plant height, root fresh weight and root to shoot ratio of C. oleifera under the treatment of pure ammonium nitrogen were 19.4 cm, 7.29 g and 0.94, respectively; the total fresh weight of C. oleifera was the highest under ammonium nitrate treatment (15.08 g). The net photosynthetic rate and fluorescence parameters of C. oleifera leaves were different under different nitrogen treatments. The net photosynthetic rate, initial fluorescence and the maximum fluorescence of the leaves of C. oleifera were improved by the mixture application of ammonium and nitrate. The total nitrogen contents in the leaves and roots under three kinds of nitrogen application were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the contents of total nitrogen in the roots and leaves of C. oleifera were the highest, which were 26.7, 14.1 and 24.6 g·kg-1, respectively, followed by pure ammonium nitrogen treatment. After application of ammonium and nitrate mixture, the absorption capacity and content of 15N in the tea leaves, stems and roots of C. oleifera were the largest. In summary, C. oleifera has a preference for ammonium and nitrate mixing compared with single nitrogen application.
