菜籽油脂质成分分析及甲酯化研究

摘要:
为发掘改良品种双低(低芥酸、低硫甙)菜籽, 并合理应用菜籽油,分析了7组菜籽油样品脂质成分,并优化了制备脂肪酸甲酯的条件。结果表明,样品4-Yeongsan和样品5-Tammi 包含有害脂肪酸芥酸(C22:1),含量分别为0.44%和2.52%;样品1-Nehan的甘油三酯提取率与植物甾醇含量显著高于样品7-Mocpo68(P<0.05),且样品1-Nehan与样品7-Mocpo68生育酚含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),但显著高于其余样品(P<0.05),通过优化条件固定化脂肪酶SP435制得的产物得率最高条件为脂肪酶添加量8%,反应温度45℃,反应时间6 h。

The lipids component analysis and methyl esterification of rapeseed oil

Abstract:
In order to discover the improved double low (low erucic acid, low sulphur) rapeseed and rational application of rapeseed oil, the lipid components of the seven groups of rapeseed oil samples were analyzed, and the conditions for preparing fatty acid methyl ester were optimized. The results showed: 4-Yeongsan and 5-Tammi contained harmful fatty acid erucic acid (C22:1), which was 0.44% and 2.52%, respectively; the extraction rate of 1-Nehan triglyceride and plant sterol content were significantly higher than those of 7-Mocpo68 (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the content of tocopherol between 1-Nehan and 7-Mocpo68 (P>0.05), but which was significantly higher than the other samples (P<0.05).The fat was immobilized by optimized conditions, and the highest yield of the product prepared by the enzyme SP435 was adding 8% lipase, reacting at 45℃ for 6 h.
