杨树组织培养研究进展

摘要:
杨属树种具有分布广、适应性强、生长迅速、再生能力强、木质好及基因组相对较小等特性,是我国重要的造林树种。组织培养技术作为现代生物技术的重要组成部分,在杨属树种中应用广泛,为其遗传转化,产业化繁殖提供了有效的途径。综述杨树组织培养的研究概况和应用进展,提出杨树组织培养研究和应用过程中存在的问题和研究展望,以期为杨树的林业生产、园林绿化和育苗工作提供参考。

Research progress on tissue culture of poplar

Abstract:
Populus species are important afforestation tree species characterized by high suitability, rapid growth rate, strong regeneration, good woodiness and relatively small genome. As an important component of biotechnology, tissue culture is widely employed in cultivating populus species, which provide the possibility for their genetic improvement and industrializing propagation. The paper reviewed research overview and application progress, and pointed out problems in inducing process of tissue culture of poplar, so as to provide references for forestry production, landscaping and seedling breeding of poplar.
