钉齿滚筒对不同含水率玉米的脱粒试验与分析

摘要:
为研究改进后的轴流式钉齿滚筒对不同含水率玉米进行脱粒的效果,以川单417号玉米为对象,选取了脱粒线速度、脱粒间隙和玉米含水率为因素,以未脱净率、破碎率和夹带损失率为指标,进行了单因素试验与3因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明,随着玉米含水率的增加,未脱净率、破碎率会呈指数式增长;夹带损失率变化不显著,可能主要与栅格凹板的孔径有关;当玉米含水率高达30.70%时,对应最佳脱粒线速度为6 m·s-1,脱粒间隙为45 mm,其未脱净率为4.01%,破碎率为5.54%,夹带损失率为2.05%。

Test and analysis of the spike-tooth roller on the threshing of maizes with different moisture contents

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of the improved axial-flow type spike-tooth roller on the threshing of maize with different moisture contents, single factor tests and an orthogonal test with of three factors and three levels were carried out, taking the maize of ‘Chuan Dan 417’ as the object, threshing linear velocity, threshing clearance and maize moisture content as factors and the unthreshed rate, broken rate and entrainment loss rate as indexes. The results indicated that: with the increase of corn moisture content, the unthreshed rate and broken rate took exponential growth, but the entrainment loss rate did not change significantly, which may be mainly related to the aperture of the grid plate; when the moisture content of maize was up to 30.70%, the corresponding optimum declination linear velocity was 6 m·s-1, the clearance was 45 mm, and the unthreshed rate, broken rate and entrainment loss rate was 4.01%,5.54% and 2.05%, respectively.
