安徽省二化螟不同地理种群对主要杀虫剂的敏感性

摘要:
化学农药的长期、连续及不合理使用,导致了二化螟(Chilo suppressalis Walker)抗药性的发生和发展,既增加了防治难度,又提高了用药成本,为了明确安徽省不同地区二化螟种群对几种常用杀虫剂的敏感性水平,以期指导各地合理使用农药以防治二化螟为害,于2016和2017年分别采集安徽省潜山县、庐江县、含山县、凤阳县、南陵县和六安市金安区二化螟第一代或第二代卵块,室内用人工饲料饲养至3龄幼虫作为标准试虫,采用农业部制定的农药室内生物测定试验准则之人工饲料混药法(NY/T 1154.10-2008)检测了6个二化螟田间种群对氯虫苯甲酰胺、毒死蜱、阿维菌素、甲维盐、三唑磷和杀虫单6种常用杀虫剂的敏感性。试验表明,监测地区水稻二化螟对杀虫单、三唑磷和毒死蜱均产生了一定程度的抗性,其中2017年,六安种群对三唑磷的LD50最高,达到350.57 μg·g-1;对甲维盐、阿维菌素和氯虫苯甲酰胺相对敏感,其中2016年,凤阳种群对甲维盐的LD50最低,仅为0.026 μg·g-1

The insecticide susceptibility of Chilo suppressalis in Anhui Province

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to clarify the sensitivity levels of Chilo suppressalis populations to some common insecticides in different areas of Anhui Province, to guide the rational use of pesticides around to prevent and control the harm caused by C. suppressalis. The third instars of C. suppressalis fed by artificial diet from the first or second generation fertilized eggs collected from Qianshan, Lujiang, Hanshan, Fengyang, Nanling, and Lu'an districts of Anhui Province in 2016 and 2017, were used as standard test insects. The sensitivity of six frequently used insecticides, chlorantraniliprole, chlorpyrifos, avermectin, emamectin, triazophos and monosultap, to six field populations of the rice stem borer were conducted by artificial diet mixed medicine bioassay (NY/T 1154.10-2008). The experiment results showed that C. suppressalis from the monitoring areas had a certain degree of resistance to insecticides, triazophos, and chlorpyrifos, among which the LD50 of triazophos from Lu'an population was the highest at 350.57 μg·g-1 in 2017. However, they were relatively susceptible to the chlorantraniliprole, avermectin, and emamectin. Fengyang population had the lowest LD50 for methotrexate, being only 0.026 μg·g-1 in 2016.
