山东半岛海岸前沿4种草本植物光合性能及资源利用效率比较

摘要:
为了解海岸前沿草带不同草本植物光合性能和资源利用效率的差异性,采用TPS-2光合系统测定烟台海岸前沿草带4种草本植物砂引草、筛草、肾叶打碗花和狗牙根的光合性能指标,以及碳素利用效率、光合氮利用效率和灰分含量等,并用隶属函数法综合评定4种草本植物的资源利用效率综合指数。结果表明,4种草本植物的光饱和点都较高,均适宜在较强光照条件下生长,其中以狗牙根的光合能力最强、砂引草最弱。同时,狗牙根和筛草具有较高的光能利用效率和水分利用效率,狗牙根还有较高的叶片碳利用效率和光合氮利用效率,矿质元素利用效率则是砂引草和肾叶打碗花显著高于狗牙根和筛草。综合分析表明,4种草本植物的资源利用效率综合指数排序从高到低为:狗牙根、筛草、肾叶打碗花和砂引草。

Comparison of photosynthetic performance and resource use efficiency of 4 herbaceous species in coastal frontier of Shandong Peninsula

Abstract:
This study aimed to understand the differences between the four herbs in photosynthetic performance and resource use efficiency in Yantai coastal frontier. The photosynthetic performance indicators of 4 herbs, Messerschmidia sibirica, Carex kobomugi, Calystegia soldanella and Cynodon dactylon were investigated using a TPS-2 portable photosynthesis system, and the carbon use efficiency (CUE), photosynthetic nitrogen-use efficiency (PNUE) and ash content were also determined. Additionally, a comprehensive assessment of the resource use efficiency of 4 herb species was performed with the subordinate function. The results showed that the light saturation point was relatively high in all the 4 species which are able to grow well under high light intensity. Meanwhile, C. dactylon showed the strongest capacity in photosynthesis, and M. sibirica was the weakest. In addition, the light use ef?ciency (LUE) and water use ef?ciency (WUE) were significantly higher in C. dactylon and C. kobomugi than in M. sibirica and C. soldanella, moreover, C. dactylon was at the top in the PNUE and CUE. In terms of the mineral use efficiency (MUE), M. sibirica and C. soldanella were significantly higher than C. dactylon and C. kobomugi. The comprehensive analysis showed that the CIR (comprehensive indices of resource use efficiency) sorted descending order: C. dactylon> C. kobomugi. C>soldanella >M. sibirica.
