陕西茶树种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性研究

摘要:
对陕西安康市、汉中市12个地点的88份茶树种质资源主要表型性状的遗传多样性进行研究。结果表明,陕西茶树种质资源具有丰富的表型遗传多样性,不同茶树种质资源表型性状的差异较大,6个描述型表型性状(叶片大小、叶形、叶色、叶面隆起性、叶身及叶片着生状态)的遗传多样性指数在0.835 1~1.037 0之间,平均为0.972 8,以叶色最高,叶形最低;变异系数在20.85%~48.52%之间,平均为35.50%,以叶色最大,叶形最小。基于6个描述型表型性状将88份茶树资源聚为4类,无独立组存在, 存在丰富的变异程度和遗传多样性。

Genetic diversity of leaf phenotypic traits of tea germplasm resources in Shaanxi

Abstract:
The diversity of the main phenotypic traits of 88 tea germplasm resources in 12 locations of Ankang and Hanzhong cities, Shaanxi Province, was studied. The results showed that the tea germplasm resources in Shaanxi had rich genetic variation. Different phenotypic traits of tea germplasm resources had great differences. The diversity indexes of six description phenotypic traits (leaf size, leaf shape, leaf color, leaf upper surface, leaf cross section and leaf insertion angle) ranged from 0.835 1 to 1.037 0, with an average of 0.972 8, and the highest of the leaf color, while the lowest of the leaf shape. The coefficient of variation ranged from 20.85% to 48.52%, with an average of 35.50%, and the highest of the leaf color, while the lowest of the leaf shape. Furthermore, the 88 tea germplasm resources were clustered into 4 groups based on 6 leaf phenotypic characters, without independent group, which showed rich variation degree and genetic diversity.
