新型大豆苷元萘磺酸酯的合成

摘要:
为了提高大豆苷元抑制血管平滑肌细胞异常增殖活性,利用药动团变换原理对大豆苷元进行修饰,设计合成了一系列新型大豆苷元萘磺酸酯衍生物,为进一步抑制血管平滑肌细胞活性实验提供样品。从时间、温度、反应物配比、溶剂与催化剂配比、反应物与催化剂配比等5个方面优化了关键中间体2的合成工艺, 所有化合物的结构均经IR、MS、1H NMR和元素分析予以确证。

Design and synthesis of daidzein naphthalene sulfonic acid esters

Abstract:
In order to improve the inhibitory activity of daidzein on the abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells, we designed and synthesized a series of daidzein naphthalene sulfonic acid ester derivatives based on the principles of kinetophore transformation, and their structures were characterized by IR, MS, elemental analysis and 1H NMR spectral data. The synthesis process of key intermediate 2 was optimized in five aspects of time, temperature, the ratio of reactants, the ratio of solvent to catalyst, and the ratio of reactant to catalyst. These compounds could be further employed to inhibit the abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.
