伊犁地区不同引种杨树品系苗木光合日变化特性研究

摘要:
利用Li-6400XT光合仪测定伊犁地区引种杨树(Poplar)品系和对照杨树品系(共10个)苗期光合生理指标,分析探讨不同品系光合特性及环境因子相关性,为优树筛选与推广提供参考。结果表明,LX-6日均净光合速率(Pn)最高,加小×俄9#最低;除LX-6外,其余品系Pn日变化均呈双峰型,主要由气孔限制所致。不同品系蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化趋势为单峰或双峰曲线,LX-2、LX-6日均Tr较大,108最低。108、TL-13日均水分利用效率(WUE)和光能利用效率(LUE)较高,引种品系日均WUELUE整体高于对照品系。生理生态因子对PnTr有不同程度的影响,气孔导度(Gs)对Pn、大气温度(Ta)对Tr影响较大。108、TL-13、辽河杨、日本白杨和I-262属生长量和光合指标较高型品系,该类别更能适应当地气候环境;辽宁杨、LX-6、LX-2和沙兰杨次之;加小×俄9#生长光合生长指标较低。通过光合特性与生长量比较,选出辽宁杨、LX-6和LX-2等3个较优品系,可在当地推广。

Diurnal variations of photosynthetic characteristics in seedlings of different introduced Poplar clones in Ili region, Xinjiang

Abstract:
In this study, we analyzed the correlation between photosynthetic characteristics and environment factors in seedlings of 10 introduced poplar clones through measuring the photosynthetic physiological indexes using Li-6400XT photosynthetic apparatus in order to provide some practical guidance for selecting and popularizing excellent trees. The results suggested that: the daily mean value of the highest net photosynthesis rate (Pn) was observed in P.deltaids ×P. pseudo-simonii ‘ LX-6 and the lowest was observed in P.simonii canaden×P.russkii-9. Except for P.deltaids ×P. pseudo-simonii ‘ LX-6, the diurnal variation of Pn showed a bimodal curve, which was mainly caused by stomatal limitation. The diurnal variation of transpiration rate (Tr) showed a single peak curve or bimodal curve, and the daily Tr mean value of P.deltaids ×P. pseudo-simonii ‘LX-2 and P.deltaids ×P. pseudo-simonii ‘LX-6 was high, while it was the lowest in Populus×euranericana‘Guarien’. Populus×euranericana ‘Guarien’ and Populus suaveolens Fisch. ×P. liaoningensis ‘ TL-13showed a higher level of WUE and LUE, and the overall daily mean WUE and LUE of introduced poplar clones were slightly higher than the control. The physiological and ecological factors had different effects on Pn and Tr, as the stomatal conductance (Gs) had a great impact on Pn. Similarly, the air temperature (Ta) greatly affected Tr.
