粉藤主要解剖特征的研究

摘要:
为了更好的对棕榈藤材进行开发和加工利用,以粉藤为研究对象,采用显微图像分析方法对其组织比量、纤维、维管束及导管形态特征进行研究。结果发现,粉藤薄壁组织、导管、纤维筛管比量值分别为34.7%、32.3%、26.9%和6.1%;纤维长度、直径、双壁厚、腔径和长宽比分别为1 425.0 μm、16.4 μm、11.0 μm、5 μm和87.9;维管束的径向、弦向尺寸和密度分别为556.1 μm、519.4 μm和3.6个·mm-2;后生木质部大导管分子长度、直径和密度分别为2 089.7 μm、296.2 μm和3.8个·mm-2。粉藤材质与玛瑙省藤相当,是一种优良的藤种。

The main anatomical characteristics of Calamus sp. REN Wei,LI Dan,WANG Youhong,ZHANG Feifei,YU Siyu,XU Bin,TU Daowu

Abstract:
In order to improve the quality of cultivation and high value-added processing and utilization for Chinese rattan resources, Calamus sp. was chosen to study the tissue proportion, morphological characteristics of fiber, vascular bundles and vessel using the microscopic imaging technology in this paper. The results showed that the proportions of parenchyma, vessel, fiber and sieve fube were 34.7%, 32.3%, 26.9% and 6.1%, respectively. The length, diameter, double-wall thickness, lumen diameter and length-width ratio of the fiber were 1425.0 μm, 16.4 μm, 11.0 μm, 5 μm, and 87.9, respectively. The radical size, tangential size and frequenc of the vascular bundle were 556.1μm, 519.4 μm and 3.6 mm-2, respectively. The length, diameter and frequenc of the vessel were 2 089.7 μm, 296.2 μm and 3.8 mm-2, respectively. Both of Calamus sp. and C. manna should be of fine rattan species.
