不同群体燕麦营养与农艺性状相关性状的网络分析

摘要:
为了进一步发掘燕麦的基因资源,以ITAO、XO以及野生燕麦3个燕麦群体为研究材料,对燕麦籽粒总类黄酮、总酚、植酸、无机磷、氨基和可溶性蛋白质6个营养性状以及植株株高、穗长、主茎旗叶长、主茎旗叶宽、穗下第一节间长、总分蘖数和有效分蘖数7个农艺性状进行测定。结果表明,燕麦籽粒营养性状总酚以及农艺性状分蘖数的变异系数最大,即在群体中遗传差异性最大,主成分分析和网络相关性分析显示氨基酸与农艺性状旗叶宽具有特殊性,并且野生燕麦具有较强的自然优势。

The network analysis of the multi-nutrition component and agronomic characters in different oat populations

Abstract:
Eight one ITAO populations, 72 XO population and 65 wild oats were used to explore the excellent gene resources in oats. The multi-nutrition component of total flavonoid (TF), total phenol (TP), phytate (PHY), total soluble phosphorus (PI), ammonium (NH2), total soluble protein (TSP) and agronomic characters of plant height (HP), spike length (SL), flag length(FL), flag width (FW), total tiller (TT), effective tiller (ET) and inter node length below spike (IL) were determined. The results showed that the variation coefficient of total phenol and tiller was the maximal with the greatest genetic diversity in populations. Correlation network analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) exhibited that there was a particularity between amino acid and flag leaf width and wild oat populations showed a strong natural advantage.
