早樱种系基因组大小的研究

摘要:
早樱种系(Cerasus subhirtella)具有极高的观赏价值,变异丰富,在分类处理上也存在较多的争议。以番茄为内标,用流式细胞仪对番茄和早樱种系相关材料的样品进行了基因组大小的测定。通过比较番茄与早樱不同材料样品峰值的倍数关系,计算出不同早樱样品的基因组大小。经多次试验测得大叶早樱(C. subhirtella)基因组大小为(512.260 ± 16.200)Mb,C值(0.54 ± 0.289)pg,野生早樱(C. subhirtella var. ascendens)基因组大小为(274.360 ± 13.920)Mb,即C值为(0.28 ± 0.014)pg(以1 pg = 978 Mb计算)。研究结果支持将野生早樱作为变种处理的分类观点。

Study on the genome size of Cerasus subhirtella

Abstract:
The group of Cerasus subhirtella has a high ornamental value with rich variations. Disputes exist regarding its classification. In this experiment, taking tomato as an internal standard, we used flow cytometry (FCM) to determine the genome size of tomato and other samples of C. Subhirtella. By comparing the multiple relationship peak of tomato and other samples of C. subhirtella, the genome sizes of different C. subhirtella samples were calculated. After several experiments, the results showed that the genome size of C. subhirtella was about (512.260 ± 16.200) Mb, C-value about (0.54 ± 0.289) pg. The genome size of C. subhirtella var. ascendens was (274.360 ± 13.920) Mb, C-value about (0.28 ± 0.014) pg (1 pg = 978 Mb). Such a difference in genome size supports that C. subhirtella var. ascendens is another variety.
