枫香木材化学成分及其在高度上的变异规律

摘要:
对枫香木材纵向化学成分进行测定。结果表明:(1) 枫香木材的苯醇抽提物、热水抽提物、综纤维素和木质素平均含量分别为2.35%、4.14%、82.02%和24.84%,方差分析显示,以上指标在其纵向上均不显著;冷水抽提物、1%NaOH抽提物和纤维素平均含量分别为2.60%、17.64%和46.58%,在纵向上达到1%显著性水平。(2) 枫香木材纵向变化规律各异,沿树基到树梢方向上,冷水抽提物呈两端高、中间低的变化规律;苯醇抽提物、热水抽提物、1% NaOH抽提物和木质素含量呈逐渐降低的变化规律;综纤维素和纤维素含量分别呈逐渐升高和先升高后降低的变化规律。

The chemical components of Liquidambar formosana and their longitudinal variation

Abstract:
In the study, the longitudinal variation of chemical components in Liquidambar formosana was analysed. Results showed that:(1) the mean contents of benzene-ethanol extractives, hot-water extractives, holocellulose and lignin were respectively 2.35%,4.14%,82.02% and 24.84%,and their values of the longitudinal variation were not significant in statistic sense; cold-water extractives, 1% NaOH extractives and cellulose are respectively 2.60%,17.64% and 46.58%,and the between them reached significant difference at 1% level in longitudinal variation; (2) The longitudinal variation of chemical components in Liquidambar formosana from roots to the treetops was different. The content of cold-water extractives was high in two ends but low in the middle of the tree; the contents of benzene-ethanol extractives, hot-water extractives, 1% NaOH extractives and lignin tended to decrease; the content of holocellulose increased gradually, and the content of cellulosd increases firstly and then decreased.
