纳米银抗菌机理及应用研究进展

摘要:
纳米银作为一类新型的抗菌材料,具有抗菌高效、广谱和不易产生耐药性等优点,如今已经广泛地运用于各行各业,但纳米银的抗菌机理尚不明确。归纳总结近年来国内外对纳米银抗菌机理的研究进展,分析阐述其应用情况,最后提出需要关注使用纳米银带来的负面环境效应,以利于其更好应用。

Abstract:
Nano-silver material is one of the most promising antimicrobial regents and has been widely used in many fields for its high efficiency and broad-spectrum antimicrobial effects with low microbial drug tolerance. However, the antimicrobial mechanism of nano-silver material was not clear. Consequently, in the study, we reviewed the papers on antimicrobial mechanism and application of nano-silver material and provide concerns on the environmental effects for better utilization of the nano-silver material.
