流式细胞术在农业领域的应用

摘要:
流式细胞术是一种能够对群体细胞进行单细胞水平的多个参数同时快速定量分析和分选的技术,其在农业领域的应用还有较大的发展空间。在动物研究中,流式细胞术的应用较为广泛,特别是在疫病检测、精子分选等方面。在植物研究中,由于细胞壁的存在,其应用一直受到限制。现有的研究主要包括倍型分析、DNA含量测定、染色体的鉴定和分选等。流式细胞术在微生物方面的研究起步相对较晚,在食品微生物中的应用仍然较为有限,而在病原微生物检测方面相对成熟。未来,流式细胞术与其他技术的结合将为农业领域的研究提供更为高效、便捷的工具、手段和平台。

Application of flow cytometry in agriculture

Abstract:
Flow cytometry is a technology for cell rapid quantitative analysis and separation,which can carry out analyses, such as antigen analysis and genetic analysis to group cells at single-cell level. In agriculture, it still has large room for improvement. In animal husbandry, flow cytometry has already enjoyed a wide application, especially in disease detection and sperm separation. But it has been restricted in plants because of the plant cell wall. Existing research findings mainly include ploidy analysis, DNA testing, identification and separation of chromosome, etc. The application of flow cytometry in microbial research started relatively late, and its application in food microorganism has still been limited, but in terms of pathogenic microorganism detection, this technology is relatively mature. In the future, the combination of flow cytometry and other technology will provide more efficient and convenient tool for the research in agriculture.
