外源钙离子对铅胁迫下小麦膜脂过氧化和根系活力的影响

摘要:
为明确外源添加钙离子对铅污染区域小麦膜脂过氧化和根系活力的影响机理,利用1/2 Hoagland营养液培养新麦26,研究外源添加不同浓度钙离子对铅胁迫下小麦幼苗叶绿素、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性及根系活力造成的影响。结果表明,外源钙的添加较有效地缓解铅胁迫对小麦的毒害,与Pb处理相比,外源钙离子处理叶绿素含量明显升高,Ca3处理升高最多,达到77.3%;MDA含量和细胞膜透性显著降低,Ca3处理分别下降29.9%、24.5%;抗氧化酶活性表现存在差异,Ca3处理SOD、CAT活性分别升高48.5%、85.6%,而POD活性降低26.9%;Ca3处理显著恢复了小麦根系活力,恢复率为56.2%。因此,试验表明以氧化钙调节pH环境并混合氯化钙的方法能一定程度缓解铅对小麦的毒害作用。

Effects of exogenous Ca2+ on membrane lipid peroxidation and root activity of wheat under lead stress

Abstract:
In order to clarify mechanisms of exogenous Ca2+ on membrane lipid peroxidation and root activity of wheat under Pb stress, effects of exogenous different concentrations Ca2+ on chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, MDA content, cell membrane permeability and root activity in Xinmai 26 (grow in 1/2 Hoagland) seedlingunder Pb stress were studied. Results showed that the addition of exogenous calcium could alleviate the toxicity of lead stress on wheat more effectively. Compared with Pb treatment, the chlorophyll content increased significantly by the addition of exogenous calcium and it was raised by 77.3% in the Ca3 treatment; the MDA content and the level of membrane lipid peroxidation decreased obviously and they were decreased by 29.9% and 24.5% respectively in the Ca3 treatment; the antioxidant enzyme activities showed different situations, the activities of the SOD and CAT increased by 48.5% and 85.6% respectively, while the POD activity decreased by 26.9% in the Ca3 treatment; the root activity of wheat was restored and the recovery rate was 56.2% in the Ca3 treatment. Therefore, the toxicity of lead on Wheat could be alleviated using the CaO (regulate pH) and appropriate CaCl2.
