γ-聚谷氨酸/壳聚糖复合膜吸附性的影响因素分析

摘要:
通过试验寻求γ-PGA/CS复合膜中γ-聚谷氨酸与壳聚糖的最佳合成比例,并对复合膜吸附性、吸水性和保水性进行研究。结果发现添加了γ-聚谷氨酸的复合膜,金属离子吸附力、吸水力和保水力皆有所增加,而聚谷氨酸和壳聚糖的比例为1:6的复合膜体现出更为明显优势,具有较强的保水性、吸水性和金属离子吸附能力。

Abstract:
To find the optimal ratio of poly glutamic acid and chitosan inγ-PGA/CS (γ-poly glutamicacid/chitosan) composite membrane, and its adsorption, water absorption and water retention. Results: The adsorption capacity, water absorption capacity and water retention capacity of γ-PGA-added composite membrane,were increased. And the composite membrane with a γ-PGA and CS ratio of 1 to 6 shows a more obvious advantage,it has a stronger water retention, water absorption and metal ion adsorption capacity.
