胚胎晚期暴露脂多糖对中年CD-1小鼠背侧海马 SUMO-3含量的影响

摘要:
为探讨胚胎晚期暴露细菌脂多糖(LPS)的中年CD-1小鼠背侧海马的类泛素化蛋白(SUMO-3)含量有无年龄相关性改变。采用免疫组织化学技术检测LPS暴露组和对照组CD-1小鼠背侧海马DG区、CA1区和CA3区各亚层的SUMO-3表达。结果表明,两组间各区各亚层的SUMO-3含量无明显差异。

Effects of lipopolysaccharide on the SUMO-3 levels in doral hippocampus of middle-aged CD-1 mice during late embryon

Abstract:
To explore the SUMO-3 levels in different subregions of dorsal hippocampus (DH) in the middle-aged CD-1 mice, we used immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of SUMO-3 in different DH subregions. The results showed that, in all sublayers of hippocampal DG, CA1 and CA3 regions, the SUMO-3 level of LPS-group was similar to those in the middle-aged mice of the control-group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in each sublayer of DG, CA1 and CA3 regions.
