剪式座椅和前桥空气悬架匹配对拖拉机振动特性的影响

摘要:
以常发CF700型拖拉机为研究对象,基于MATLAB/SIMULINK为研究平台,选用布置空气弹簧的剪式座椅悬架和前桥空气悬架,建立拖拉机系统的四自由度平面振动模型。通过仿真分析得到,拖拉机机身质心垂向加速度均方根值、俯仰角方向加速度均方根值、座椅垂向加速度均方根值以及前轮胎动载荷均方根值较无悬架拖拉机系统分别下降了16.92%、36.82%、32.71%和20.57%。在GB/T 10910-2004规定的100 m较平滑跑道上对样机进行振动测试并与同等条件下的仿真结果对比,结果表明平均误差率为11.37%,在可接受的范围内,仿真结果可以真实反映拖拉机的振动趋势。

Effects of scissor seat and front axle air suspension on tractor vibration characteristics

Abstract:
CF700 tractor was used as the research object, and the tractor 4-DOF vibration model was built up by choosing the scissor linkage seats with air spring suspension and front axle air spring suspension based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results showed that the RMS of the tractor body vertical and pitch vibration acceleration, seat position vertical vibration acceleration and the front tyre dynamic load were respectively reduced by 16.92%, 36.82%, 32.71% and 20.57% compared with the no-suspension tractor system. Ride comfort and driving safety of the tractor were improved significantly. Using a smoother road of GB/T 10910-2004 as the excitation, the vibration experiment of tractor was performed and simulated under the same condition. The results showed that the average relative error was 11.37%, which is in the acceptable range. The simulation results closely reflect the vibration trend of the tractor.
