外施脱落酸对低温胁迫下山茶花生理生化指标的影响

摘要:
为了探索外施不同浓度的脱落酸对山茶花抗寒性的影响,以抗寒茶花品种为材料,对其叶面分别喷施3种浓度(5、10和20 mg·L-1)的脱落酸,然后放在-5℃低温处理24 h后,研究脱落酸对山茶花叶片的生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,脱落酸可使抗寒茶花叶片电导率降低,提高茶花对低温的适应能力;当ABA浓度为10 mg·L-1时,抗寒茶花叶片的电导率、MDA含量为最低,同时其叶片的SOD活性、游离脯氨酸以及可溶性蛋白含量为最高。

The effect of exogenous abscisic acid on physiological and biochemical indexes of Camellia leaves under chilling stress

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of ABA on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Camellia leaves, different concentrations of exogenous ABA (5, 10 and 20 mg·L-1) were sprayed on the cold- resistant Camellia leaves and then placed the leaves at -5℃ for 24 h. The results showed that ABA decreased the electrical conductivity of the cold-resistant Camellia leaves and improved the adaptability to low temperature. When the cold resistant Camellia leaves were treated with 10 mg·L-1 ABA, the electrical conductivity and MDA content were the lowest and the SOD activity, free proline and soluble protein content were the highest.
