结构用重组竹抗弯力学性能

摘要:
通过对180个重组竹抗弯试件的测试,研究了重组竹的抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、荷载-位移曲线、破坏现象和概率分布,并将重组竹抗弯性能与3种典型竹、木结构材进行对比。结果表明,重组竹的抗弯试件经历了弹性阶段、塑性阶段和破坏阶段等3个阶段;重组竹的抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量的概率分布均服从正态分布;参照中国木材强度设计值计算方法,确定了重组竹抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量的设计值指标,其设计值指标均显著大于其他3种材料。

Bending properties of the structural recombinant bamboo

Abstract:
A total of 180 bending specimens were tested to obtain the modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), loading-displacement curves, failure modes and probability distribution of the recombinant bamboo. Those parameters were further compared with other wood or bamboo-based materials. The results showed that the bending test of the recombinant bamboo went through three stages: the elastic stage, the plastic stage and the failure stage. Moreover, the χ2 test results indicated that the normal modes could provide good fit for probability distribution of MOR and MOE of the recombinant bamboo. Referring to the calculation method of strength design values of timber, the design values of MOR and MOE of the recombinant bamboo were determined, which were significantly greater than those of other woods or bamboo-based materials.
