基于智慧包装的小麦种子防伪预警系统设计与实现

摘要:
针对小麦种业假冒伪劣、窜货等问题,为了加强小麦种业的安全防伪以及提高其智能化监督和管理水平,在现有溯源、智慧包装等技术的基础上,提出了一种结合小麦种子身份证的防伪溯源码编码方案。消费者通过扫码追溯并依据追溯防伪验证模型进行验证,实现小麦种子真伪的判定;同时设计了一种根据溯源防伪验证记录分析的防伪预警模型,智能化展示可能问题小麦种子的地点分布和影响程度。根据研究结果设计相应的系统平台并应用于小麦种业中,系统示范应用结果表明能够有效地实现小麦种子的追溯、防伪和预警,保障种业安全,具有较大的理论意义和实用价值,在种子行业中有着广泛的应用前景。

Design and implementation of wheat seeds anti-counterfeiting early warning system based on wisdom packaging

Abstract:
In order to prevent the emergence of “forged and fake commodity” and “fleeing goods” in wheat seed industry, strengthen the industry security, and improve the level of intelligent supervision and management, we proposed a new coding scheme related to the identity of wheat seed to generate a new traceability code for tracking based on the existing traceability technology and smart packaging. Furthermore, we designed and implemented an analysis model for anti-fake and forecasting, which can intelligently show managers and customers the areal distribution and influence degree of the fake wheat seed. By using the traceability code and analysis model, managers and customers can clearly determine the authenticity of the wheat seed. Our results showed that the new traceability code and analysis model have significant efficiency in traceability, anti-fake and forecasting of wheat seed, indicating their great practical value and application prospect for the wheat seed industry.
