高温和强光对蛹虫草子实体成分和酪氨酸酶抑制活性的影响

摘要:
以蛹虫草子实体为研究对象,研究高温和强光对蛹虫草培养后期子实体中多糖、核苷含量和酪氨酸酶抑制活性的影响。结果表明,在蛹虫草子实体培养后期,提高温度和增加光照强度,可显著提高蛹虫草子实体多糖、尿嘧啶、尿苷、腺嘌呤、腺苷和虫草素等核苷类物质的含量(P<0.05),尤其是多糖、腺苷和虫草素的含量较常规培养子实体分别提高0.77、1.76倍和3.58倍。另外发现经过高温和强光胁迫蛹虫草子实体抑制酪氨酸酶活性也有所增强,并且从子实体甲醇提取物中分离到酪氨酸酶抑制活性纯品物质,结果显示该物质对单酚酶活性的IC50为27.8386 μg·mL-1,二酚酶活性的IC50为38.1432 μg·mL-1

Abstract:
The effects of high temperature and strong light on the contents of polysaccharides and nucleoside and tyrosinase inhibitory activity of Cordyceps militaris in the later period of cultivation were studied. The experiment results showed that the contents of polysaccharides, uracil, uridine, adenine, adenosine and cordycepin were significantly increased with an increase of temperature and light intensity (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the contents of polysaccharides, adenosine and cordycepin were increased by 0.77, 1.76 and 3.58 times, respectively. In addition, tyrosinase inhibitory activity of Cordyceps militaris was also increased under the stress of high temperature and strong light. A pure compound with inhibitory activity was isolated from Cordyceps militaris and its IC50 against monophenolase and diphenolase of tyrosinase was 27.8386 and 38.1432 μg·mL-1, respectively.
