复杂河谷地形排气筒高度的设计

摘要:
通过CALPUFF模型,利用崆峒区气象资料、地形资料分析了废气源位于复杂河谷地形内其排气筒高度与最大地面小时、日均及年均落地浓度的关系,为复杂地形选择设计排气筒高度提供依据。结果表明,河谷内排气筒高度在某些范围内,尤其是在较低的高度段,污染物落地浓度并不会随着排气筒高度增加而减少,可能会出现相反的规律或者上下波动;排气筒高度到达一定高度后,最大落地浓度呈降低趋势,但当排气筒高度高到一定程度时,对落地浓度的影响明显减小。谷地有组织排放源排放高度不宜低于70 m,对于有毒有害物质排放量较大的化工企业有组织源排放高度不宜低于130 m,对于电厂烟囱等特大型有组织源排放高度宜采取300 m集中烟囱排放。

Determination of exhaust chimney height in complex terrain valley

Abstract:
The relationship between chimney heights and hourly, daily and annual ground maximum concentration of exhaust gas was analyzed using meteorological data and terrain data of Kongtong Area on the basis of CALPUFF atmospheric dispersion model in complex terrain valley, which could provide a basis for choosing chimney heights in a complex terrain. The results indicated that the ground-level concentration of pollutant did not decrease with an increase of the chimney height and an opposite rule or fluctuations were observed within a certain range in valley, especially in a lower level. When the chimney height reached a certain level, the maximum ground-level concentration of pollutant was decreasing; however, when the chimney height reached a definite extent, the effect of the ground-level concentration of pollutant was firstly significantly reduced and then tended to be stable. The emission height for the valley organized discharge source should not be lower than 70 m. For toxic and harmful substances emissions from large chemical enterprises, emission height should not be lower than 130 m. For the power plant chimney and other large sources, the emission height should be over 300 m.
