美国红枫硬枝扦插技术研究

摘要:
以美国红枫硬枝为扦插材料,采用正交试验方法,研究不同苗龄母株、不同部位插穗、激素种类和激素处理方式等对硬枝插穗生根的影响。结果表明,以一年生母株下部枝条为插穗,在浓度为500 mg·L-1的ABT溶液中浸泡0.5 h,扦插于珍珠岩和细沙混合物(1:1)中,生根率最高,达83.33%,平均生根条数为13.10,平均根长达6.88 cm。

Abstract:
The effects of seedling age, cutting collection location, hormone type, and hormone treatment type on rooting of hardwood cuttings of Acer rubrum were studied through the orthogonal experimental method. The results were as follows: soaking the lower branches of the annual plant cuttings in 500 mg·L-1 ABT solution for 0.5 h and then inserted to the rooting medium (perlite:silver sand=1:1) gave rise to the highest average rooting rate of 83.33%. The average root number per cutting was 13.10 and the average root length was 6.88 cm.
