3种山核桃砧木对干旱胁迫的生理响应

摘要:
采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)人工模拟干旱方式,对山核桃专用砧木湖南山核桃(Carya hunanensisy)、薄壳山核桃(Carya illinoinensis)、山核桃(Carya cathynesis)进行干旱胁迫下的生理响应试验。结果表明,随着渗透势的降低,3种山核桃砧木叶片相对含水量降低,山核桃大于薄壳山核桃和湖南山核桃,叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势。湖南山核桃中POD、CAT与MDA均呈下降趋势,山核桃与薄壳山核桃呈现先上升后下降的趋势,山核桃在渗透势为-0.75时,POD、CAT和MDA达到最大值分别为157.74 U·g-1·min-1、45.65 U·g-1·min-1和0.2667 μmol·g-1,薄壳山核桃在渗透势为-0.25时,POD、CAT和MDA达到最大值分别为211.2 U·g-1·min-1、60.67 U·g-1·min-1和0.2280 μmol·g-1。3种山核桃砧木叶片超微结构的变化与上述生理生化指标一致,相同处理条件下,湖南山核桃与薄壳山核桃叶片受到破坏性强于山核桃。综上可知,3种山核桃砧木在干旱胁迫下耐旱性顺序为:山核桃>薄壳山核桃>湖南山核桃。

Varied physiological responses to drought stress among three rootstocks of Carya cathayensis

Abstract:
Taking Carya hunanensisy, Carya illinoinensis, Carya cathynesis as test material, the effects of simulated artificial drought stress with different concentration and osmotic potential of polyethylene glycol (PEG6000) on their physiological response was investigated. The results indicated that: with the decrease of osmotic potential, the relative water and chlorophyll content were both reduced. The decrease of the relative water in Carya cathynesis was smaller than it in Carya hunanensisy and Carya illinoinensis. The values of POD, CAT and MDA had all declined in Carya hunanensisy while first increase and then decrease in Carya illinoinensis and Carya cathynesis. The peaks of POD,CAT and MDA of Carya cathynesis reached the maximum at 157.74 U?g-1?min-1,45.65 U?g-1?min-1, 0.2667 μmol?g-1 when osmosis potential at -0.75.These indicators of Carya illinoinensis showed at 211.2 U?g-1?min-1, 60.67 U?g-1?min-1 and 0.2280 μmol?g-1 with the osmosis potential at -0.25. The ultrastructural changes were in accordance with the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in three rootstocks leaves of Carya cathayensis. Under the same conditions, the damages of rootstocks leave physiology of Carya cathynesis was lighter than Carya hunanensisy and Carya illinoinensis. The tolerance to drought of Carya cathynesis was the most drought resistant,followed by Carya illinoinensis, then Carya hunanensisy.
