黄曲霉毒素B1对奶山羊生产性能和血液指标的影响

摘要:
为了研究黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)对奶山羊生产性能和血液指标的影响,选择20头健康泌乳崂山奶山羊随机分为2组,每组10头,分别饲喂2种不同处理日粮,即在基础日粮中添加0、50 μg·kg -1纯AFB1(干物质基础)(对照组和AFB1组)。整个试验为期21 d,前7 d为预饲期,后14 d为正式期。AFB1组奶山羊的产奶量和采食量显著降低(P<0.05),乳糖含量显著增加(P<0.05)。奶山羊摄入AFB1后血液白细胞数量、血小板显著降低(P<0.05),平均红细胞体积和平均血小板体积极显著降低(P<0.01),而红细胞数量极显著增加(P<0.01),血红蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05)。饲粮添加AFB1奶山羊血清中谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量显著增加(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶含量显著降低(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,50 μg·kg -1 AFB1能显著降低奶山羊的产奶量,导致血常规指标出现异常,对奶山羊肝脏功能产生负面影响。

Effect of aflatoxin B1 on production and blood parameters in dairy goats

Abstract:
The aim of this paper was to study the effect of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) on production and blood parameters in dairy goats. Twenty lactating Laoshan dairy goats were randomly assigned to two treatments (n = 10) with the AFB1 supplementation at 0, 50 μg·kg-1 based on dry matter (DM) (Control group and AFB1 group, respectively). The experiment lasted for 14 days after a period of 7 days’ adaption time. Compared with the control group, the goats supplemented with AFB1 significantly decreased milk production and dry matter intake (DMI) and significantly increased lactose content (P<0.05). The goats supplemented with AFB1 showed a decrease of white blood cell and platelet level (P<0.05) and a highly significant decrease of mean corpuscular volume and mean platelet volume content (P<0.01), but an increased hemoglobin (P<0.05) and extremely significant increase of red blood cell concentration (P<0.01). The goats fed with the diet supplemented with 50 μg·kg-1 AFB1 significantly increased glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase levels (P<0.05), whlie significantly decreased alkaline phosphatase content (P<0.05). It was confirmed that 50 μg·kg-1 AFB1 may decrease milk production and induce abnormal blood parameters and side effects of liver function in dairy goats.
