绿原酸对高血糖小鼠生长的影响及脏器的保护作用

摘要:
为了探究绿原酸对高血糖小鼠的影响,选用健康成年小鼠,尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型。绿原酸分别采用高(2500 μg·g-1)、中(250 μg·g-1)和低(25 μg·g-1)剂量组进行治疗,降糖药格列美脲和生理盐水作为对照组。连续给药6 d后,对比小鼠体重;取小鼠脏器,计算相应指数;制作肝脏病理切片,观察其变化。结果显示,高血糖小鼠的体重增加不明显,胸腺萎缩,脾脏、肝脏发生肿大,病变显著。经绿原酸给药后,胸腺、脾脏指数均有所提高、肝脏的损伤也得到缓解。结果表明,绿原酸对高血糖所致小鼠的各类脏器损伤具有一定的保护作用。这一作用可能是绿原酸能够促进体内能量代谢,降低了小鼠体内血糖浓度,从而减弱了高血糖对各类脏器的损伤。

Effect of chlorogenic acid on the growth and organ protection of mice

Abstract:
To investigate the effect of chlorogenic acid on blood glucose concentration of mice, hyperglycemia mice models were set up by injection of alloxan through the healthy adult mice tail vein. Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:chlorogenic acid high-dose group (2500 μg·g-1), medium-dose group (250 μg·g-1), low-dose group (25 μg·g-1), physiological saline group, model group and glimepiride group. The mouse weight in different groups was compared after continuous injections of alloxan for 6 days. Organ coefficients of the mice were caculated after sacrifice. The histopathology of the liver tissue was carried out. The experimental results showed that the body weight gain in the hyperglycemia group was not obvoius, while the coefficients of thymus, spleen and liver in hyperglycemia mice were obviously higher than those in the control mice. However, the organ coefficient declined after chlorogenic acid treatment for 6 days. The liver injury of the mice was alleviated accordingly. In conclusion, chlorogenic acid has organ protection in mice, which might be achieved throuth the inhabition of the blood glucose concentration. This inhabition can weaken the organ damage of mice.
