无刷直流电机模糊与PI双闭环调速系统的研究

摘要:
根据无刷直流电机的发展,将转速外环模糊控制和电流内环PI控制相结合,设计了双闭环直流调速系统控制方案。通过模块化、集成设计,试制了无刷直流电机控制器样板,以C语言编程实现了转速环模糊控制算法和电流环PI控制算法。搭建了无刷直流电机调速系统试验平台,试验结果表明所设计的无刷直流电机控制器,响应快、超调小、实时性好,保证了良好的稳态和动态性能。

Research on a speed regulating system for the brushless DC motor using fuzzy and PI controller

Abstract:
With the development of the brushless DC Motor, a double close-loop BLDC speed control system was designed based on the fuzzy control of speed outer loop and PI control of the inner current loop. Through modular and integrated design, a prototype model of the BLDC controller was trial-manufactured and a C language programming was applied into the speed loop fuzzy control and current loop PI control algorithm. A BLDCM speed regulating system test platform was built. The results showed that the BLDCM control system has advantages of fast response and little overshoot, which can ensure its excellent static and dynamic performance.
