2种AM真菌对草莓产量和品质的影响

摘要:
供试材料为以色列引进的草莓品种S3,在日光温室条件下研究了接种地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对草莓果实产量及品质的影响。结果表明,这2种AM真菌均能促进根系生长,提高草莓单果重和单株产量,其中,摩西球囊霉的促增效果比地表球囊霉促增效果显著。2个菌种混合使用比1个菌种促增效果更显著,其中,摩西球囊霉和地表球囊霉菌土各16 g的混合处理对草莓果实产量的促进作用最强,草莓果实可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量分别提高了22.26%、36.09%和15.07%,果实硬度提高,而可滴定酸含量下降了28.99%,改善了草莓风味。

Effects of Glomus versiforme and Glomus mosseae on production and qualities of strawberry

Abstract:
The strawberry variety “S3” from Israel was studied in a solar greenhouse to understand how Glomus versiforme and Glomus mosseae affect its yield and quality. The results showed that both fungi could improve the strawberry quality, fruit weight and yield of a single plant. Glomus mosseae was more effective than Glomus versiforme. Moreover, the treatment with both fungi was far more effective than just applying one of them. The treatment containing 16 g Glomus mosseae soil and 16 g Glomus versiforme soil had the best effect on promoting yields. It increased the content of soluble solids, vitamin C, and soluble sugar by 22.26%, 36.09% and 15.07%, respectively. The firmness of the fruit increased, while the content of titrable acids decreased by 28.99%, thus improving the strawberry flavor.
