徽州古建筑木结构构件防护处理

摘要:
以安徽徽州地区古建筑木结构构件为研究对象,采用新型配制的联合防腐阻燃药剂,对试件进行常压浸渍处理和真空加压处理,研究了处理工艺对其载药量、阻燃性能、耐候性能的影响,结果表明:(1) 经加压浸渍处理的试件载药量较常压浸渍处理方法载药量提高约为1.5~3.0倍;(2) 经常压浸渍处理的试件阻燃性氧浓度值较未处理组提高约为5%,经加压浸渍处理的试件阻燃性氧浓度值较未处理组提高11%左右;(3) 未处理组平均质量损失约为经常压浸渍处理的1.20倍,是加压浸渍处理的试件质量损失的4.02倍。真空加压浸渍较常压浸渍处理各项性能指标均有所提高。

Preservative?treatment?of?wooden?structural?components on the ancient architecture in?Huizhou

Abstract:
In this article, wood?structural?components?on the ancient architecture in?Huizhou were treated with a new preservative compound that has the function to prevent corrosion and retard flaming combined with impregnation treatments under the normal pressure or vacuum pressure condition. The influences of the treatment process on the compound loading, flame-retardant property, and weather-shield durability were analyzed. Results showed that: (1) The loading capacity of the tested samples treated with impregnation under vacuum pressure was 1.5-3.0 times higher than that under normal pressure; (2) The flame retardant oxygen concentrations under impregnation treatments under the atmospheric pressure and a higher pressure increased about 5% and 11%, respectively compared with the control group; (3)The average mass loss in the control group was about 1.20 and 4.02 times of the impregnation treatment under the normal and vacuum pressure, respectively. The performance indexes of the tested samples with impregnation treatment under the vacuum pressure obviously improved compared to those in the impregnation treatment under the normal pressure.
