紫娟、云抗10号两个茶树品种内生菌多样性研究

摘要:
以分离培养的方法对同一栽培管理水平下种植的2个茶树品种紫娟和云抗10号内生菌多样性进行了初步分析比较,获得内生细菌24株,分属6个类群,以Herbaspirillum(50%)为绝对优势种群,其次为Staphylococuus(16.7%)、Acinetobacter(16.7%)、Burkholderia(8.3%)、Geobacillus (4.2%)和Microbacterium(4.2%),其中Acinetobacter为紫娟和云抗10号共有属,MicrobacteriumHerbaspirillum为紫娟特有属,Geobacillus、StaphylococuusBurkholderia为云抗10号特有属;分离得到内生真菌17株,分属7个类群,以Guignardia(35.3%)所占比例最大,其他依次为Alternaria(17.6%)、Colletotrichum(17.6%)、Eutypella(11.8%)、Cladosporium(5.9%)、 Diaporthe(5.9%)和Phoma(5.9%),其中Colletotrichum为紫娟和云抗10号共有属,Eutypella、DiaporthePhoma为紫娟特有属,Cladosporium、GuignardiaAlternaria为云抗10号特有属;多样性指数分析表明,云抗10号可培养内生菌的多样性、均匀度、优势度和丰富度均高于紫娟。结果表明,紫娟和云抗10号2个茶树品种间可培养内生菌群落组成存在较大差异。

Diversity of endophytic microorganisms Zijuan and Yunkang 10 of Camellia sinensis

Abstract:
In this study, endophytic microorganisms from Zijuan and Yunkang 10 in the same field were isolated and the diversity was? compared. A total of 24 endophytic bacteria belonging to 6 groups were obtained with Herbaspirillum being the dominant group (50%), followed by Staphylococuus (16.7%), Acinetobacter (16.7%) Burkholderia (8.3%), Geobacillus (4.2%) and Microbacterium (4.2%). Acinetobacter spp. is a mutual bacterial group of Zijuan and Yunkang 10. Microbacterium spp. and Herbaspirillum spp. are two unique bacterial groups from Zijuan, while Geobacillus spp. /Bacillus spp., Staphylococuus spp. and Burkholderia spp. are the unique bacterial groups from Yunkang 10. A total of 17 endophytic fungi belonging to 7 groups were obtained, and the dominant group was Guignardia (35.3%), followed by Alternaria (17.6%), Colletotrichum (17.6%) , Eutypella (11.8%), Cladosporium (5.9%), Diaporthe (5.9%) and Phoma (5.9%). Of which, Colletotrichum spp. is a mutual fungal group of Zijuan and Yunkang 10, Eutypella spp., Diaporthe spp. and Phoma spp. are the unique fungal groups from Zijuan, while Cladosporium spp., Guignardia spp. /Botryosphaeria spp. and Alternaria spp. are the unique fungal groups from Yunkang 10. Diversity indices (including diversity, evenness, dominance and species richness) indicated that the diversity of cultivable?endophytic microorganisms of Yunkang 10 is significantly higher than that of Zijuan. The results showed that the communities of the culture-depended?endophytic microorganisms from Zijuan?and Yunkang 10 are quite different from each other.
