银杏叶提取物对断奶仔猪小肠黏膜免疫屏障的影响

摘要:
旨在研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对断奶仔猪小肠黏膜免疫屏障的影响。将80头25日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头;对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.2% EGB;试验期为28 d;测定断奶仔猪小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞数量、黏膜免疫球蛋白含量和细胞因子含量。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加0.2% EGB可显著提高断奶仔猪十二指肠、空肠和回肠上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞数量(P<0.05),显著提高仔猪十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜IgA、IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ含量(P<0.05)。本试验表明日粮中添加0.2% EGB可提高断奶仔猪小肠黏膜免疫屏障功能。

Effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on intestinal mucosal immune barrier in weaned piglets

Abstract:
An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) on intestinal mucosal immune barrier in weaned piglets. Eighty crossbred piglets (Duroc × Landrace × Large Yorkshire) weaned at age of 25 days were randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 4 replicates and 10 piglets per replicate. The control group was fed with a basal diet, while the experimental group was fed with the same basal diet supplemented with 0.2% EGB. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The number of mucosal immunity-associated cells, the contents of mucosal immunoglobulin and cytokine were determined. The results showed that adding 0.2% EGB to diets of weaned piglets significantly increased the numbers of intraepithelial lymphocytes and goblet cells in duodenum, jejunum and ileum (P<0.05). In weaned piglets fed with EGB, the content of IgA, as well as the level of IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-γ in the mucosa of duodenum, jejunum and ileum, was also remarkably elevated (P<0.05) as compared with the control group. The study suggested that adding 0.2% EGB to diets of weaned piglets could improve intestinal mucosal immune barrier.
