基于PLC的茶叶滚筒杀青机温度控制系统设计

摘要:
茶叶杀青温度的控制是保证茶叶杀青质量的关键, 但目前茶叶加工中多采用的传统手工杀青及机械杀青过程中的杀青温度波动范围大,难以稳定,无法保证杀青品质的一致性。采用基于PID算法的PLC温度控制方法,设计出茶叶滚筒杀青机的温度控制系统,实现了对杀青温度的稳定控制。该系统工作稳定、茶叶杀青品质好,具有良好的应用前景。

Design of a temperature control system for the roller-type machine for water-removing from tea leaves based on PLC

Abstract:
The temperature control is the key to ensure the quality in tea green fixation. However, the temperature control system for a traditional roller-type fixation machine or the manual water-removing process is not stable, which cannot guarantee the quality and consistency of the tea. In this paper, we designed a temperature control system for the roller-type tea green machine based on PLC and PID algorithm. This system was stable and could guarantee the high quality of water-removing from tea leaves; therefore it was of high efficiency, low consumption and would fully meet the requirements of the tea industry.
