养殖池底泥高效亚硝酸盐去除菌的分离及去除条件研究

摘要:
以传统水产养殖池塘底泥为材料,从中分离筛选得到31株亚硝酸盐去除菌,从中筛选到1株亚硝酸盐去除能力最强的菌株N-F-0117。该菌株对40 mg·L-1亚硝酸盐的去除率高达92%,对80 mg·L-1亚硝酸盐去除率仍有53%;初始pH值5~10时菌株对亚硝酸盐去除率保持在80%以上;菌株去除亚硝酸盐时最适碳源为蔗糖,浓度为>2 g·L-1;去除亚硝酸盐时最佳菌液添加浓度为> 0.05%。对菌株进行形态分析、生理生化鉴定,确定该菌株为栖稻黄色单胞菌(Flavimonas oryzihabitans)。

Isolation of an efficient nitrite removal bacterium from aquaculture sediment and its removal conditions

Abstract:
Traditional aquaculture pond sediments were taken as material and obtained 31 nitrite removal bacteria through isolation, a strain N-F-0117 with strong removal nitrite was screened from them. Its removal rate to 40 mg·L-1 nitrite was 92%, and 80 mg·L-1 nitrite still was 53%. The optimum initial pH rang for the strain was from 5-10, and the optimum carbon source for strain was sucrose, and the concentration of sources was greater than 2 g·L-1, and the optimum added concentration of bacteria was greater than 0.05%. It is confirmed that the strain was Flavimonas oryzihabitans by morphological analysis, physiological and biochemical experiment.
