牡丹皮中丹皮酚提取工艺优化研究

摘要:
比较牡丹皮中丹皮酚的2种不同提取方法,即水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界CO2萃取法,并研究所提丹皮酚的抗菌作用。以丹皮酚提取率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验法比较2种提取方法,并通过响应面和等高线图观察各因素对提取率的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法的提取率较高,最佳条件为萃取温度为50℃,萃取压力为23 Mpa,CO2流量为16 L·h-1,分离温度为40℃,丹皮酚得率为1.95%。且所提丹皮酚有显著的抗菌作用。超临界CO2萃取法比水蒸气蒸馏法操作简单,提取率高,适合工业上大批量生产。

Optimization of the paeonol extraction process from cortex moutan

Abstract:
Two different?extraction methods, steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction, were compared. Using the extraction rate as an index, conditions for paeonol extraction from cortex moutan were optimized using the orthogonal test L9(34). The antibacterial activity of paeonol was further studied. Effects of various factors on the paeonol extraction yield were observed through the response surfaces and contour lines. As a result, the supercritical fluid extraction was better than the steam distillation method. The optimal conditions for paeonol extraction from cortex moutan were: extraction at 50℃ under the pressure of 23 Mpa , with the CO2 flux of 16 L/h, and separation at 40℃. The extraction rate was 1.95% and the extracted paeonol showed the significant antibacterial activity. In conclusion, the supercritical fluid extraction method is of simple operation, high extraction efficiency and suitable for industrial mass production.
