植物根际促生菌株对小麦根系发育的影响

摘要:
用从小麦、棉花、水稻根际分离的24株植物根际促生菌株处理小麦幼苗,进行半固体和/或盆栽试验,测定小麦根系和地上部分的9项指标。半固体试验对根干重促生显著的9株菌株中,7株对根总长、9株对根总表面积、5株对根尖数、8株对分支数和株高及7株对茎干重促生显著。盆栽试验对根干重促生显著的10株菌中,全部对根总长和根总表面积、6株对根尖数、8株对根分支数、9株对株高及7株对茎干重促生显著。半固体和盆栽试验中显著促生指标均达5个以上的5株菌株中,4株为假单胞菌,表明假单胞菌对小麦的促生效果较好。PGPR对小麦根的总长度、总表面积、根尖数、分支数有明显促生作用,这些指标与小麦根干重、株高和茎干重显著相关。

Effects of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria on root development in wheat

Abstract:
Wheat seedlings inoculated with 24 plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains isolated from the rhizosphere of wheat, cotton, and rice were cultured in the semisolid medium or potting soil. Nine growth parameters of the root and stem were measured. In the semi-solid experiment, among 9 PGPR strains that significantly promoted the root dry weight, 7 promoted the total root length, 9 promoted the total root surface area, 5 increased the number of root tips, 8 increased the number of lateral roots and the stem height, and 7 improved the stem dry weight. In the pot experiment, in 10 PGPR strains that significantly promoted the dry weight of root, 10 promoted the total root length and total root surface area, 6 increased the number of root tips, 8 increased the number of lateral roots, 9 promoted the height of stem, and 7 enhanced the dry weight of stem. Five strains showed more than 5 significant growth-promoting parameters in both semisolid and pot experiment, among which 4 strains were Pseudomonas spp., indicating that Pseudomonas had better growth-promoting effects on wheat growth. PGPRs promoted the total length of the root,total surface area of the root,the number of root tips and lateral roots significantly.These parameters had significant correlations with the root dry weight, stem height and stem dry weight.
